Car Tax Discs go Digital from next month!

The 1st October 2014 sees the rules on vehicle road tax changing. The traditional paper tax disc will no longer be used and the payment of car tax will be completely digitalised. No more tax discs in windscreens!

People will also be able to choose how to pay for their car tax -monthly, quarterly, annually or twice a year.

One of the key differences with the new digital car tax system is that when you sell your car the tax disc is not transferrable;  as a seller you can apply for a refund from the DVLA, and as the new owner you will need to get the car taxed.

When buying a used car from Imperial Car Supermarkets, you receive a detailed Vehicle Documentation Pack, this includes all of the necessary information to ensure you are fully aware of the car’s previous history and information about your car going forwards. Why not take a look at the wide range of high quality used cars we have for sale online right now across Hampshire?
