Business is brisk at Imperial Cars with customers giving contactless delivery a big thumbs up

LEADING car supermarket brand Imperial Cars has revealed business is booming, thanks in part to the company offering a wide range of tailormade services to its customers.

 

Since Imperial Cars’ 17 sales sites were allowed to reopen on June 1 after adopting new Coronavirus health and safety regulations to keep staff and customers safe, the company has seen business spike.

 

Traffic to www.imperialcarsupermarkets.co.uk is up 80 per cent with June set to become a record month, and the chief reason for that is customers are discovering just how easy it is to buy their dream car from the company.

 

Along with recently introducing ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ finance – where customers can defer paying for their new car for up to three months – Imperial Cars has a number of services that give customers peace of mind when purchasing a car.

 

Its ‘Click, Call, Collect/Deliver’ service is already highly regarded by customers, but the service’s popularity among buyers has only increased during the coronavirus pandemic on account of how safe and flexible it is.

 

Customers visit www.imperialcarsupermarkets.co.uk, choose their car from one of 3,000 models in stock and then build their perfect finance deal.

 

They can then make an appointment with the showroom, test drive the car and then drive away – and throughout the process the Imperial Cars team deal with the customer via video calls to make sure the highest safety standards are upheld. It’s this option that’s proving to be a winner amongst Imperial’s customers.

 

But the company’s ‘Click, Call, Collect/Deliver’ service is hugely flexible. If customers are unable to visit the showroom, the test drive can be carried out at the customer’s home and they can take delivery of the car. Or, for those customers who need a bit more guidance, they can still visit one of Imperial Cars’ showrooms, build their finance deal, test drive and drive away – all socially distanced and in accordance with health and safety guidance.

 

The service has been very well received by customers; outstanding reviews have been left on the company’s website expressing delight at how reassuring safe the service is.
